The University of Teesside established in 1930,was found as a technical college and is presently based in Middlesbrough, in the North Yorkshire area of England,on the south banks of the river Tees.

With undergraduate ,postgraduate and part time course study,the University consists of 6 schools :

• School of Computing
• School of Health and Social Care
• School of Science and Technology
• School of Social Sciences and Law
• Teesside Business School
• School of arts and Media

The library and information services enable and encourage the students to access any information for their learning,teaching,research and enterprise requirements.With a facility of both on and off campus library,its easy and convenient for the students to use the library as and when required (http://www.tees.ac.uk/lis/).Full time students in the university can choose from the university administered residences on campus or University managed housing in private sector for accommodation purposes.All accommodation is at a walking distance from the facilities of the university.
