School of Business and Management , University of Glasgow- Scotland

Management studies commenced in Glasgow University since the 1950s. The School of Business and Management of the University of Glasgow has progressed as the years have gone by and is now fully ensconced in imparting Management education and research.

Programs Offered

Some of the programs offered by the School include:

  • MAcc International Accounting and Financial Management
  • MFin International Finance and Financial Institutions
  • MBA
  • MSc Management
  • MSc International Banking and Finance


Scholarships
Students have to apply for scholarships separately and the average value of each award is £7,500.

Facilities

Subject Librarians of the School's Library are grouped into Faculty Support Teams. They are accountable for recognizing knowledge requirements of the students and the professors. Their duties include questioning the students and staff on requirements, book choosing and management, on-line surfing for correct data, and offering support to staff and students on all facets of Library amenities.

Workshops and classroom interactions conducted at the School are energetic and help to build confidence among the students. Students can draw valuable information and learn about experiences from each other and their professors which ultimately bear fruit when they finally graduate from the School.

The University arranges for accommodation facilities for its postgraduate students. The need for accommodation must be mentioned during the Application procedure.
