University of Glamorgan Wales

Established in 1913, the University of Glamorgan is located in Trefforest, close to Pontypridd, in Glamorgan, Wales. In the year 2000, Glamorgan was cited as being one of the top five state-of-the-art Universities of the UK.

Courses Offered

The University allows students to do Honours in two areas. Some of the areas available for Joint Honours Courses include:

Facilities

The Inter Library Loan facilities enable students, especially research scholars to avail information that is not present in the Learning Resource Centre. A maximum of 5 requests per week is entertained for taught students and a maximum of 10 requests per week is entertained for staff and research scholars.

  • The Bygone Restaurant
  • The Courtyard
Glamorgan possesses two Halls of Residence for students to stay, comprising single rooms that are equipped with modern amenities. However, students have to cook or arrange for their own meals.
