University of Strathclyde Scotland

The Strathclyde University began its journey in the year 1796 by the name Anderson's Institution and received the university status in 1964. It is located in Glasgow, Scotland. Currently the student population is approximately 22,000. Strathclyde Business school is one of the twenty- one schools in the world to win a ‘' triple crown'' of accreditation by the AACSB (USA), the AMBA (UK), and the EQUIS (European). It has two campuses the John Anderson campus and the Jordanhill Campus.

The University of Strathclyde has five major faculties under which a number of departments are allocated. A list of the faculties and its department is given below:

    3. Biomedical Sciences
    4. Computer and Information sciences
    5. Statistics & Modeling Sciences
    Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Research Programs are offered by the university.
    The university offers a number of part time courses also.
    Facilities:
    The university provides accommodation in its campus residential halls. The library at the University of Strathclyde is considered one of the best. It has over 566000 books which covers all the subjects and has 200 networked computers for the students to explore online resources. It has a students union and the social life at the university is centered on it. The university offers a number of undergraduate and postgraduate scholarships.
