Bursaries
The National Student Bursary is available to all students of UK whose domestic income falls below certain levels specified by Newport. Students who are shortlisted for the highest Assembly Learning Grant or Maintenance Grant may avail of the total National Bursary payment of £305.
Facilities
The Library has an online Bookshop service by means of which students can view or order books relating to their subjects. The Library employs staff who have the designation of being ‘Information Librarians'. The duty of Information Librarians is to assist in the process of knowledge generation in the University which comes about through learning, teaching and research. Information Librarians are competent employees of the Univeristy possessing knowledge in different subject matters.
Student Services work with the Students' Union to provide a range of facilities to the students in the fields of health, spirituality, childcare and career counseling.
