Athens State University is located in Athens, Alabama. The university is the only upper level university in the state of Alabama. The university teaches around 33 different degrees. Nearly 1,000 students graduate every year from Athens University with a baccalaureate degree. The College of Business offers courses such as Accounting, Human Resources Management, Management and Management of Technology. The College of Education and the College of Arts and Sciences offer a number of degrees.
Athens State University also offers online degree programs in Accounting, Human Resource Management, Management (with required minor) and Management of Technology.
The office of Institutional Research collects, analyses and disseminates essential information about the University's performance and environment.
