University of Can Tho - Vietnam

Established in 1966 University of Can Tho is a state higher education institute. It is located in the Mekong Delta region. It is a scientific, cultural as well as technical center. Though it was started as an institution with a few fields of study it has become a multidisciplinary university over the years. It offers graduate and post graduate courses. CTU also provides doctorate training programs.

The main missions of University of Can Tho are conducting scientific research, training as well as to transfer technology in order to serve socio-economic development of this region. The research projects and application of technological achievements have brought many positive changes to the field of science, economics, technology, culture and society.
